Having topped the group we had home advantage for our U14 girls D1 football semi-final against Na Fianna in River Valley on Sunday afternoon.

With the girls flying out of the blocks from the throw-in and playing up the hill we built up a substantial half time lead. The second half continued with the same drive and determination from both teams with our girls continuing to build on the good work of the first half, winning and progressing to the final in two weeks time.

A massive congratulations goes to the girls, it is no mean achievement to reach a Division 1 final but their constant desire to learn and get better has them where they are. 👏👏

Thanks for all the support from parents and supporters, we’ll be working hard over the next two weeks aiming to bring the Cup back to Swords on 29 October ... St Finians Abú.
