U8 Boys hosted Neamh Marnóg for their last offical GoGames hurling match as U8s. David organised a change of location from a v wet Ridgewood to the all weather pitch in Rivervalley. It was a close match and it was good to see our boys coping well with the challenge.

Our boys played great, they were super at shaking off their injuries and getting back to playing the game 👏 Some super blocks which we worked on last week in training. And a broken hurl💪 Well done boys..look how far you have come with your skills since the first match of the U8s season back in February 💪👏

Your coaches and parents are very very proud of you all.

Special thanks to Finians for fitting the matches on the all weather pitch. On such a lovely morning it was fantastic to get our last offical U8s GoGame match played. After the matches, some of the boys made a beeline for the big puddle of water in the middle of the grass pitch..boys will be boys 🙈☺️

Special thanks also to the referees we had over our U8 GoGame season. The boys find the little bits of advice given during the match very helpful.

See you all Tuesday for hurling training. We will keep you posted on next Saturday...with Halloween approaching who knows what might happen. A friendly? Or Coach Ninja Rog might make an appearance 👀🤺 ? Keep an eye on Clubzap to find out 😁 Enjoy the rest of your weekend 😀
