As part of kick off for 2024, there will be coaching & games workshops coming up in February, March, and April. I will be running an information evening as a townhall style meeting next monday online from 8-9.30pm to go through the upcoming workshops and general plans. With that in mind, please take the time to fill out this survey as honest and detailed as you wish.

This survey is not just for mentors, any members that have an interest in the development of coaching & games in the club is welcome to fill out/attend any coaching workshops.

Myself and the Coaching & Games committee are in the process of re-developing and re-launching a new player pathway and coaching policy for the club. This will be written by the club members/mentors and implemented to act as a guide for all coaches in the club to ensure the long term development of players from nursery right up to adult level.

The ultimate goal is getting as many as possible playing GAA for as long as possible through to adult level across all codes where they will graduate with proficient skills needed to compete and win at adult games.
