Our U14 LGFA White team finished their league campaign on Tuesday evening with a thrilling game along the banks of the Liffey against St Brendan’s.
In what was a great game between two evenly matched teams, the girls went into the last couple of minutes down by 3 points. However, they never gave up and scored an amazing team goal with seconds left to come away with a well deserved draw.
The progress of the team throughout the league has been brilliant and the coaches are very proud of the girls. They never give up and always give their all out on the pitch. We are looking forward to the Championship now and the hard work they put in this year means they are in great shape.
