The u16s travelled to Faughs on Saturday afternoon for their second champo hurling match. The lads got into their stride quickly rattling off 4 points in quick succession, Faughs battled back and both teams went into half time with 2 points separating them.

Faughs took the initiative in the second half and built a five point lead. The lads didn't panic and kept on doing the right things, moving the ball quickly, with some fine link up play scored 2 goals late into the second half. The game was nip and tuck until the final whistle with Finians taking a hard fought 1 point win 💪👏 Thanks to Faughs for a great game.
