The magnificent Bremore Castle in Balbriggan was a fitting backdrop for the football on display by the Finians u8 girls on Sunday for their games against O'Dwyers.

This was the first game of the season and indeed the first ever for many but they all performed excellently. The glorious weather was matched by the enthusiasm of the girls with great kicking, tackling, soloing and running all on display. 

The exhibition given was surely all that the mothers could ask for on Mother's Day!

The coaches were all extremely happy with all of the girls and look forward to more games in football and camogie in the coming weeks.
