U13 girls.

With the division 1 girls getting a walkover, attention shifted to the division 8 girls who had a crucial group game away to Roundtowers Clondalkin.

Finians started the game strongly, quickly raising two green flags in the first 5 mins. More chances came and went as the lead was extended. Round Towers then came into the game and started to eat into the Finians lead. Halftime came at a good time. 💪💪

However, in the second half, Round Towers continued where they left off and closed the gap to three points with about 15 mins remaining. At this point though, the girls dug

deep and pushed on with a couple of spectacular goals and held on for a strong win. 👏👏

A semi final awaits in two weeks time. Before that though, both teams have huge camogie championship matches next weekend. 🤞🤞
