CHALLANGE BASED COACHING....Handing over responsibility to players!

2 hour coaching workshop with Philip Kerr this weekend. Preparation for and execution of a series of SSGs and scenarios where players and/or teams are set challenges. The concept is based on helping players develop their decision-making and team communication.
