We are very lucky to have Sinead Brophy from @gowiththeflowcoaching come to talk to us about Training, Playing and Performance in Womens Sport during the menstrual cycle.

This is vital education and empowering knowledge for girls in sport and their coaches, so hope to see you all there in the Clubhouse on Thursday at 7.15pm.

Sinead is a Yoga Teacher and Women's Wellbeing & Cycle Coach whose work supports overwhelmed & burnt-out women to heal their relationships with their bodies and cycles through a non-restrictive approach to food and exercise and cyclical self-care. She blends science with the sacred to guide women in recognising that they already have everything they need to feel more balanced, support their hormone health and live more intuitively.

Sinead has worked with a number of leading teams and coaches, such as the S&C Coach for the Irish Women's Rugby Team, the Irish Ultimate Frisbee team, various Club Rugby teams and corporate giants, such as Google. She has also been featured in the Irish Times, Stellar Magazine, RTÉ Lifestyle, TodayFM and more.

Something similar will be arranged for girls aged 12-15 in due course. 🤩
