Our u16s lgfa returned to football action in the last week. After having games called off due to weather they played two games in 4 days.

On Thursday they took on Ballyboden B in an away game and although missing a few players still put in a fine performance and narrowly lost.

They then played Mearnogs on Sunday afternoon in a fantastic end to end game and having played the Thursday game they were getting back into their stride. The game ended in a draw but I know the players are a little disappointed not to come away with the win.

Great to have them back playing football and also supporting out minor team.
